This package includes preparation and filing of your application, reporting and responding to non- substantive (procedural) office actions, reporting approval, publication, allowance, filing a Statement of Use with specimens (US only) provided by Client and reporting registration.
ALL IN package for US Accelerated trademarks includes everything from above and the attorney fees for requesting accelerated examination.
The maximum number of classes: Two in the US. Professional fees for each additional class in the US is $50.

Refund Policy

What is your refund policy?

If you have purchased a package and changed your mind, a full refund will be offered within the first 48 hours (provided we haven’t started working on your application).

 
After 48 hours, refund will only be offered if your trademark turns out to be unregistrable once we conduct a comprehensive search. 
 
Please note that we cannot issue refunds if you simply changed your mind after we already started working on your application or if more than 48 hours has passed after the purchase..

2.We will do a full registrability check for your trademark. After the comprehensive trademark search, if your trademark turns out problematic, we will provide detailed recommendations on how to increase chances of achieving registration.

3.If your trademark has good chances of achieving registration, the next step is to prepare and file the trademark application.

4.If your trademark has low chances of achieving registration, you will have 3 options:

– Ask for a full refund.

– Come up with a different name. We will provide detailed instructions for this. Further trademark searches are included in the package and there is no extra cost. We’ll keep searching until we find a registrable trademark

– Proceed with the filing anyway.

Obviously Germany! Registration can be obtained within 7-30 business days with the request for accelerated examination! The UK and EU registrations are also fast (only 3.5 months compared to 6-12 months in the US. German, UK and EU trademarks will allow you to get into amazon.com Brand Registry.

In the US, it takes at least 6-10 months but it’s not unusual for a trademark to take a year and even longer. In Canada it takes 24 months. In the UK and EU, it takes 3.5-4 months. And in Germany, a regular trademark takes 1-3 months to be registered.

There are a number of reasons. Trademarks are jurisdictional, so it’s best to file trademarks in all countries where you trade. If you are an Amazon seller, your goal is to get access to Enhanced Brand Content through Brand Registry as soon as possible. This can be achieved by filing in Germany or the UK or EU. However, these trademarks will not protect you in the US but will only enable you to get into amazon.com Brand Registry quicker. You need a US trademark to get protection in the US. So, in short, file in Germany/UK/EU for speed and in the US for complete coverage.

If you can wait 3.5 months until registration, we suggest you choose UK. UK is the 2nd most popular Amazon marketplace. UK is not part of the EU so if you are later to file an EU trademark, UK trademark will not be a waste. Also, the language in the UK is English.

You are always responsible for paying applicable government fees. Government fees are paid separately using your credit card or prepayment to our bank account (bank fees apply in this case).
